Get to Know Me
Ishik Zev: Somatic Therapist, Embodied Processing Practitioner, Group Play Therapy Facilitator, Massage Therapist, Womb Wisdom Keeper, and Artist.
With a background in Sociology and Anthropology, I’ve long been captivated by the complexity of the human experience. My early work as an informal educator for children revealed the transformative power of play — A discovery that naturally evolved into facilitating adults through creative, somatic processes that bypass the analytical mind and invite spontaneous catharsis and healing.
Exploring how the body holds, releases, and transforms became a guiding thread that led me more deeply into the field of Somatic Therapy. From 2016 to 2024, I worked as a Sexologist and faculty member at the School of Erotic Living. Facilitating workshops and experiential education around embodied sexuality. This work traversed arousal, consent, and communication — Attuning not just to spoken language, but to the subtle cues of the nervous system, primal response, and somatic surrender.
Today, my multidisciplinary approach blends trauma-informed care, movement, breath, sound, art, and play to access the subconscious and restore psycho-somatic sovereignty. I support individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, uncovering core wounds and beliefs, and integrating parts of themselves once hidden or silenced. When we come home to the body, we come home to truth.
My journey has deepened further into the sacred realm of women’s work and womb lore. Through somatic and sexual lenses, I came to understand the profound sensitivity and receptivity of the feminine body — and the physiological, emotional, and spiritual intelligence of cyclical living. Tracking the phases of the moon alongside my own womb cycle opened me to a living ritual of remembrance, where bleeding became ceremony and the body a portal between realms.
In womb-hood, I found not only rhythm, but revelation. As psychotherapy teaches us the necessity of ego-death for true transformation, I came to see the womb as a living altar of death and rebirth — A place where endings are honored, and beginnings are birthed from the deepest truth within.
Core Values
Rooted in Nature, Guided by Rhythm, Expressed through Soul.
I create from a place of deep reverence—for the Earth, the body, and the invisible threads that connect us all. My work honors the quiet intelligence of the natural world and invites a return to the cycles we belong to: of life, death, and rebirth.
At the heart of what I do are values that shape not only my offerings, but the way I live:
Intimate Connection to Nature – I believe Nature is our first teacher. I listen for her rhythms and let them guide my creativity, choices, and rituals.
Depth & Authenticity – I value the courage it takes to be real—with ourselves and each other. I honor relationships that are rooted in truth, presence, and heart.
The Spark of Aliveness – Each of us carries a unique pulse, a wild spark. I’m devoted to fanning that flame—through curiosity, creativity, and embodiment.
Tribal Belonging – We thrive in interwoven circles of care. I envision a world where we live in supportive webs of kinship, activating the wisdom of our essence and sharing it freely.
Creativity & Play – Sacred doesn’t mean serious. I believe in wonder, play, and art as medicine—for ourselves, our communities, and the Earth.
Living in Rhythm – My work aligns with the natural cycles of the Moon, the body, the seasons. I trust the spiral. I trust the pause.
Accountability through Connection – I practice responsibility not through guilt, but through love—recognizing that we’re all part of something greater, and what I do affects the whole.
This path isn’t linear—it’s alive, textured, and cyclical. And it’s an honor to walk it with those who feel called to live in tune with their own sacred rhythm.
